FAQs

Do you repair Tesla, Rivian, Porsche, and luxury vehicles?

Yes. National Fender Shop repairs Tesla, Rivian, Porsche, and other high-end luxury vehicles. We handle a wide range of non-structural collision and body repairs with careful attention to manufacturer repair procedures, proper parts, and quality workmanship.

For Tesla and Rivian vehicles, we are registered business partners and have access to order most non-structural OEM body parts through their parts programs.

Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. We work with most insurance companies and can assist throughout the repair process, including estimates, supplements, and communication with your insurance company.

Do you use OEM parts?

We use OEM parts when required, appropriate, or authorized. Parts selection may depend on the vehicle manufacturer’s repair procedures, availability, and your insurance coverage. For Tesla, Rivian, Porsche, and other luxury vehicles, we prioritize proper parts and repair procedures.

Do I need an appointment for an estimate?

While appointments are encouraged to ensure we can dedicate time to you, walk-ins are also welcome. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Can you match my vehicle’s paint color?

Yes. We use professional color-matching techniques and refinishing systems to achieve a high-quality match to your vehicle’s existing finish. Depending on the color and condition of the existing paint, blending adjacent panels may be necessary for the best result.

How long does a typical repair take?

The duration of the repair depends on the extent of the damage. Minor repairs may take a day or two, while more extensive repairs could take several days. We’ll always give you an estimated timeline before starting.

Do you offer any warranties on repairs?

Yes, we stand by the quality of our work. We offer warranties on many of our services, including paint and body repairs. Please ask us for details about the specific warranty for the services you’re receiving.
